Yes. Santa is available for select bookings outside of Houston and surrounding areas. Due to high seasonal demand, travel requests should ideally be submitted by July of the current calendar year to ensure availability.

Santa appearances require a one-hour minimum. For larger events, we typically recommend booking two hours or more to allow adequate time for guest interaction, photos, storytelling, and overall event flow.

Absolutely. Storytime with Santa may be included during your visit. Santa and his assistant can arrive with a pre-selected holiday story of your choice or select from our curated collection of children’s books featuring diverse authors and heartwarming holiday themes.

Santa is also happy to assist with gift distribution provided gifts are organized and prepared prior to the event.

Yes. Santa arrives with an assistant from The Black Santa Houston team to help ensure your event runs smoothly and to provide support for guest flow, scheduling, and overall experience management.

Yes. Mrs. Claus may be booked alongside Santa for your event, subject to availability. Santa and Mrs. Claus appearances are especially popular for corporate events, schools, brunches, and community celebrations.

Professional photography is available as an add-on service with a separate retainer. Photography coverage may include posed portraits, candid moments, branded activations, and digital gallery delivery depending on your event needs.

And Santa is always available for both candid and posed guest photos throughout your event experience. We encourage creating a designated photo area or backdrop space for the best guest experience.

We reserve a limited number of appearances each holiday season. Events are accepted in the order requests are received, and prime dates fill quickly. We strongly recommend reserving no later than September to help guarantee availability for your preferred date and time.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking along with a completed event agreement in order to officially reserve your date and time.
